How Richard Can Help You and/or Your Company

Richard J. Culp is an enrolled agent and tax representative, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states and the territories. This license allows him to represent you and/or your company in IRS tax liability cases. Before his retirement from the IRS, he had nearly thirteen years experience as a field Revenue Officer in the IRS Collection Division. He thoroughly understands the internal workings of the IRS.  See Richard’s Credentials for more background information about his experience as a Revenue Officer, and his subsequent experience as an enrolled agent and tax representative upon leaving the IRS.

Richard’s knowledge, reputation, and integrity are what set him apart from many tax representatives. Richard will never lead you to believe that he can resolve a tax problem that he knows cannot be resolved, especially if the potential client’s expectations are unrealistic. He invests his time and experience into studying the facts of each case thoroughly. He will be up front and honest with you about your tax situation, so that you will know exactly how he intends to proceed with your case, if you retain him.

Unfortunately, in the world of tax representation, there are many cases of people being taken advantage of by practitioners who may not know the procedures and protocols that must be followed with the IRS. Do not be fooled by practitioners who claim that they can resolve your tax liability easily. Beware of claims made that sound too good to be true. For more information about what to look for, see the Case Studies section and the testimonials of Richard’s clients who have had experience with other tax representation companies.

Richard takes his responsibility of tax representation and negotiation seriously, and he will represent your tax case with an honest and direct approach. He will guide you each step of the way, and advise you of your rights and responsibilities. He will assure that you will always be aware of what is happening with your tax liability case.

If the IRS has

you can consult with Richard about your tax case.  He can help you attain a workable solution to resolve your or your company’s inability to pay, tax levy, tax lien, tax penalties, incorrect tax assessment, and, for individuals, “innocent spouse” problems, as applicable.

Richard welcomes your questions and your case. A toll-free number is provided for your convenience, or you may use the online contact form to communicate with him.
